DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items are all custom made at the time of order and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom candles, used candles, sale items or gift cards.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please note orders ship within 1-7 days.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 1- 2 weeks

North America: 1-7 days

Europe: 1-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHIPPING COSTS

Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs. If a return to sender is processed and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement products, plus an additional $9.50 for shipping, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot refund an order that is not returned to us.
